Having recently graduated from Loyola University Chicago with dual degrees in Psychology and Studio art; María next hopes to obtain two master’s degrees, one in Art Therapy and the other in Couples Therapy and Sexology at the Instituto Superior de Estudios Psicológicos in Barcelona, Spain.
As Intern Manager and Executive Assistant she hopes to expand GB&C’s insights into the clients’ and potential clients’ long term growth regardless of immigration status. This includes engaging in the integration of the healing centered approach.
She thrives in applying the skill sets of helping people and developing datasets, while incorporating some of her artistic and psychological knowledge. To gain experience and insight into the intersectionality of matters of immigration law, she hopes to expand her knowledge on people and their life endeavors in order to help in a meaningful way.
