Growing up in a mixed status family, Ma. Paola Rodriguez became aware of how her family members' experiences have and would differ due to their respective immigration status.
She developed an interest in staying informed which later evolved into inspiration to make a difference. With her 10-year involvement in community service, whether big or small, Paola wants to continue to make a positive impact in people’s lives.

She comes with a robust background in self-regulation, prioritization, and a sense of intentional relationship building. She thrives in transparent communication and day-to-day system development and improvement.

Having mastered theory of knowledge for lesson plan development, by which certain
aspects of life are universal and relatable. Paola is ready to continue growing from taking on bigger roles to aiding in the creation of welcoming spaces for all. Through knowledge she
